Regional Account Manager (Compliance)

We are recruiting for a regional key account specialist. The role involves taking full responsibility for driving business expansion and retention; within Regional Accounts, supporting  growth and influence client spend.

 

To manage and develop customer relationships within existing client accounts via a formal contact plan to ensure all clients are developed profitably.

  • To monitor and control the profit margin of each customer and devise plans to improve and/or stabilise profitability for the lifetime of the contract/client relationship

  • Provide a dedicated point of contact; owning the customer relationship, through having a comprehensive knowledge of the customers’ account

  • Collate sales forecasts, on an agreed basis

  • To maintain competitor awareness

  • Manage and develop individual account Pipeline to ensure on target revenue delivery

  • To sell across the entire proposition and product range – to ensure maximum penetration across our services and products into our existing National Accounts

  • Identify new opportunities and generate new business via interaction with key players through targeted existing client relationships

Where you’ll work / Experience

 

This is a regionalrole with a primary objective manage and develop key customer relationships within your assigned sector via a formal contact plan to ensure all clients are developed profitably. 

  • Proven experience in both business development and account development roles

  • Relevant experience of value sales and margin targets in a B2B services organisation

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at a senior level within organisations

  • Significant experience, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry

  • Proven commercial acumen

Compliance, Facilities, Corporate Accounts experience, Testing, Health and Safety, Solution Sales
